五 | 修订草案紧跟国际计量大会（CGPM）决议与国际标准更新，核心变化包括：明确国际单位制以“秒、米、千克、安培、开尔文、摩尔、坎德拉”等7个采用物理常数新定义的基本单位为基础；取消“辅助单位”分类，将弧度、球面度纳入具有专门名称的国际单位制（简称SI）导出单位（共计22个）；将天文单位、道尔顿、奈培、贝、分贝等纳入与SI并用的我国法定计量单位表等。
